Yarra River (Adventure Canoeing)

2 hour, 1/2 day, full day or 2 days with an overnight camp in the scenic Warrandyte and Wonga Park area. Enjoy paddling down gentle rapids, spotting the local Koalas and enjoying the tranquility of the Yarra River and Warrandyte State Park.

Standard: Easy sections & Easy to Moderate sections.

We will provide the following equipment:
• Canoes, paddles, PFD's and helmets.
• Instruction pre trip for self guided and on river for guided trips.
• Barrels to assist in keeping food, towel or extra clothes dry.
• Complementary transport service from the pull out point back to your car.

SELF GUIDED TRIPS

We offer you the opportunity to enjoy a self guided canoe trip on the Yarra river travelling at your own pace.

All costs are based on a per person rate.

We offer a half day guided Yarra trip, on the last Sunday of the month between October and May on the best white water section the Yarra has to offer.

Afternoon tea is provided on the river.

Would you like to learn the basic skills required to successfully navigate the Yarra River?
Why not attend our basic river skills course in canoe or kayak!

We will supply the canoe or kayak, all safety equipment and a competent instructor.

Session 3 Refine your skills on the River Trip

The single day sessions run over 6-8 hours on a Sunday including lunch
