THOMSON RIVER Our most popular guided canoe trip, this tour offers wilderness lovers a thrilling, yet invigorating experience. This is a scenic paddle on a remote wilderness river and an experience for those seeking an adventure. You spend two days of white water paddling and sleep overnight on a picturesque beach by the river. All groups are escorted by highly skilled ACF qualified Instructors and fed healthy delicious meals. For this trip we use inflatable canoes or sports rafts. Standard: Moderate to challenging. Enjoy the thrills and spills when paddling down the rapids in a beautiful rainforest environment. Day 1: Easy rapids in the morning, with some nice drops in a fast narrow gorge in the afternoon. Then overnight camping on a picturesque beach. Day 2: Rapids such as 3 Stager, Boulder, S Bend, Chute and Carnage Way will get your heart pumping and provide lots of laughter. We supply two very competent instructors, all equipment and meals. All gear is carried on a support raft.
