HOW TO BOOK
Fill out the electronic booking form below and click “Send”. The information will be sent via email to Adventure Canoeing.
Note: Bookings close 24 hours prior to the trip, 50% deposit due to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or money order (clearance required). Full payment is due prior to trip. Upon confirmation you will receive a receipt/reference number.
LIABILITY RELEASE Before commencing your Adventure Experience you will be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that you understand and accept that your activity may have inherent risks or dangers. Appropriate insurance is recommended.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE The following items are not included in the tour price: - Airfares, travel insurance, extra meals, drinks or any items of a personal nature. - Insurance for loss of any personal items. - Replacement of any hire gear, but a credit card deposit may be held for this.
CANCELLATION Amendment or cancellation fees apply from the date we receive written notification of your cancellation or request for an alternative date. The charges are as follows:
Days before departure Fee More than 21 days $30 amendment fee Between 20 days & 8 days 50% of tour price or $30 postpone fee 7 days or less 100% of tour price
Activities will go ahead despite weather, although safety will be our first consideration. Adventure Canoeing and its agents reserve the right to postpone or alter your itinerary due to safety reasons. Please note that refunds are not made for unused services.
PLEASE NOTE: In the interest and safety of our clients we do not operate self guided trips on Days of Total Fire Ban declared by the Country Fire Authority.
